DVS has a multidisciplinary committed team of 35 members with thematic expertise on Labour Rights, Occupational Health and Safety, Community Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, Microfinance, Business Administration, Animal Husbandry and Livelihood. It also has Social Scientists and Community Mobilisers, and a prolific team of 10 consultants, who are experts in the development sector, providing their valuable guidance based on years of experience with the team on regular basis.

DVS engages the services of Subject Matter Specialists (SMS) as resource persons in capacity building and training programmes for different projects.
